They call me lauren

It's true, they call me Lauren, LP, Laur and even mama. Former 9-1-1 operator with a teaching degree....so what the hell am I doing here?!

Let me explain...

Some where deep down, I have a creative side that I just couldn't let get away. I LOVED the chaos of answering 9-1-1 calls and being able to help people when they needed it most, but becoming a mama - the hours and environment just weren't a good fit for me long term. I also come from a family where entrepreneurs are kind of a thing. My late dad started every business you could think of and always had the drive that he would be a millionaire by his thirties. Vacuum cleaners, car sales, carpeting, roofing, home renovations and even a powerwashing business. The man had serious motivation with a care-free "why not give it a try?" vibe and its something that I, without doubt, took from him. When I got my first car, he bought me 20 gumball machines right away. Took me to Sam's Club to buy some candy and then to a few business to teach me how to pitch sales on letting me keep my machines in their stores. He told me I was on my own from there. I drove around in my 1993 Pontiac Grand Am and filled machines and collected quarters every weekend and there it was...my first business.

I watched my dad fail at a few things, but he always got back up and tried again. So needless to say, he wasn't a millionaire by thirty and my gumball machine business didn't make it forever, but that's okay. I am here, doing it again. Just a little different this time.

I am here doing my thing with something that I am passionate about. Family & friends are so very important to me and I KNOW IT SO WELL that if you don't capture the little & even big moments, they can easily be forgotten. I am here to make sure you don't forget every year with your littles, the last snuggles with your fur baby, the moment you graduated after all your hard work, the sweet snuggles of your newest family member, or the time a promise was made and you started forever, together. All of this and more...I want to let my creativity make sure you remember every second of this crazy, beautiful life.
